Bev is an educator at heart. She is an American Heart Association Instructor and an American College of Surgeons Instructor. Her passion is empowering others with the knowledge and skills to be able to act with confidence when needed to save lives.
She has taught at the college level as well as in adult education programs and in high school. With a servant's attitude, she takes pride in teaching life-saving classes and helping others be successful.
Bev lives by faith as an ambassador of Christ. She believes in demonstrating the love of Christ to those in the community. After moving to the Gwinnett County, GA area, she was led to positively contribute to the community by establishing a non-profit, F. A. Cares, Inc., (www.facares.org) an 501(c)3 to help stop homelessness before it starts by working with at-risk students and addressing other community needs. A portion of the funds from CPR To Live, LLC supports F. A. Cares, Inc.
During her leisure time, Bev enjoys spending time with family, learning to play golf, working out at the gym and creating tablescapes. Her plans are to learn Swahili and sign language and to travel (after Covid relaxes more).
